Anxiety Panic Attacks Symptoms, Symptoms of Anxiety and Panic

physical symptoms of anxiety attacks

During the course of a panic (anxiety attack) the sufferer will endure a rather pronounced physiological and psychological change to such an extent that they will either feel more aggressive and inclined to engage the threat (whatever and however it maybe constituted) or to turn on heel and withdraw. This is a sensation that is not only found within us humans, but also in most animals as well.

This is known as the fight or flight instinct and is used as a defensive strategy to protect the creature from harm and therefore is only used in certain, appropriate situations. However, a person who has an anxiety disorder will find that they have this fight or flight dilemma in the most inappropriate of situations, i.e. where there is no threat, or the threat is minimal. This can have a potentially devastating and detrimental impact upon the quality of life for the sufferer of the anxiety disorder.

There is no singular definition or type of anxiety disorder, in reality, there is a wide number and range of different types of such disorders with each and every differing type readily identifiable according to the respective symptoms which are manifested. Another crucial way that the different disorders will vary is that they range in terms of their severity, and the less severe types of anxiety disorder can be treated comfortably without the assistance of a medical expert.

Some people who suffer from an anxiety disorder find that they suffer from bouts of extreme fear or stress which is so acute that they feel that they cannot anything whatsoever, for some this may mean that they do not make contact with friends and family, for others, they do not leave their own home.

There are natural cures for anxiety that work well but it is best if you catch anxiety symptoms early. Symptoms of anxiety tend to grow larger and larger if not treated, so it is best to get ahead of the disorder. What I found to work best for me is a course called panic away.

The feelings of crippling anxiety are not random, and will be directly related to some situation, object or event and by readily identifying the root issue; a treatment plan can be more confidently devised.

While there is by no means a hard and fast rule which can be proven in every single case, the vast majority of people who do suffer from anxiety disorders will typically tend to have phobias as well, and a phobia results where the stress level is increased by a particular situation.
